Hi, everyone.
I'm a newbee on DirectX and 3D. I just start study on DirectX with this Hazy Mind 3D engine (not XNA engine).
In tutorial 4, I getting some problem.
When I try to draw triangle (CustomVertex.PostionColored), nothing to draw on my window.
That problem was founded either downloaded files - tutorial4.zip. When I build that solution, I just can see blue colored windows only. There was noting to triangles, no skybox.

It seems to be something worng! Did you get correct result on tutorial 4?

clean download & extraction of tutorial4.zip, loading the solution, running without debugging should = 4.jpg

if you see anything else then you have a problem which is not code-based.

Oh wait, you meant that you can't see the RGB triangle when you finish inputting the code from the tutorial documentation, section 4!

I had that same problem, and then fixed it, and now have it again because I don't know what I did that fixed it.

having still no fix for the triangle dilemma, I have now another very confusing thing which arose from following the tutorial word-for-word,

            HMVertexGroup vg1 = new HMVertexGroup(verts, "hmglogo.tga", demo1.MyDevice);

new through to ; is underlined in wiggly blue, and the error tells me "no overload for HMVertexGroup, takes 3 arguments."

which is confusing for me given that it seems to have 3 arguments supplied.

edit: twas missing a comma in the declaration
