Roy,

What errors do you get when it runs?

You need to give a bit more info other than it errors. What is the error message?
Are you running it from the IDE or strait from the exe??

irs mostly this one but sumtimes i get an other one

DLL 'C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC\Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3DX\1.0.2908.0__31bf3856ad364e35\Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3DX.dll' is attempting managed execution inside OS Loader lock. Do not attempt to run managed code inside a DllMain or image initialization function since doing so can cause the application to hang.

i also have good news if i compile it in releas thay work ( i do need to delete the existing exe and dll files but then thay do work) so why doesent mij debug work Huh

I can't actually help  you? But I can empathise a bit:

I got the same error once or twice, something about 'do not execute managed code something or other can cause the application to hang'. I can't exactly remember what I did that made it stop saying that? and it doesn't say that all the time, but I think it may just have been my own errors in typing the code which I then fixed that solved this problem for me.

Loader Lock has to be disabled in the IDE menus. Do a google search for "Disable LoaderLock Visual Studio" you should find something useful there.
