missing tutorials

Hi,

as you request, i have downloaded all tutorials in .pdf and .zip earlier, if somebody need it:

If Mike approves (as copyright holder), I will host these for an indefinite amount of time if you guys want.

As the older tutorials (1-8) have been updated, I wouldn't mind too much if you hosted the ones after that (9-12), but for code architecture and functional reasons 1-8 were purposely changed. At some point, all of the content or its equivalent in tutorials 9-12 will make it back into the series, but there are more important things between now and then (like GUI as was voted for so much in the poll.)

If I missed anything important in the 1-8 tutorials, we can make a list here so I can make sure to get them back into the series.
